Look for a Canberra solar installer with current Clean Energy Council accreditation, appropriate electrical licences and experience with local roof types and weather conditions. Get at least two or three detailed quotes covering the system design, panels, inverter, installation work, warranties, monitoring and any additional fees. Ask who will complete the electrical work and check independent reviews, business details and after-sales support. Your eligibility for federal incentives and the final system cost depend on your circumstances and the products selected, so confirm details through the installer and official sources such as energy.gov.au.
